Return Process

  Place the jewelry in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit and include a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
